Movie Story
“Prey” is a gripping action thriller that plunges viewers into the harsh and unforgiving landscape of the Kalahari Desert. The film follows Andrew (Ryan Phillippe) and Sue (Mena Suvari), a young couple working as Christian missionaries, who are forced to flee their station after being threatened by an extremist militant group. In a desperate bid to escape, they board a small plane piloted by Grun (Emile Hirsch), alongside other passengers. However, their hope for safety is short-lived when the plane crashes in the remote Ngala Reserve, a dangerous area teeming with big game predators.

As the survivors attempt to free Sue, who is trapped beneath the wreckage, they quickly realize the peril they are in. Grun, the self-serving pilot, urges the group to leave the crash site immediately, but Andrew refuses to abandon his wife.
