Movie Story
“Hideout” is a tense and atmospheric horror-thriller that follows a group of criminals who, after a botched robbery, seek refuge in what appears to be an isolated farmhouse. The film opens with Kyle (Chris Wolfe), Rose (Audrey Kovar), and their accomplices on the run after a robbery goes wrong, leaving one of their own seriously injured. Desperate to escape the law and find a place to lay low, they stumble upon a seemingly abandoned farmhouse in the middle of nowhere.

As they take shelter, they encounter the house’s mysterious inhabitants, including the enigmatic Elizabeth (Katie Lyons) and the elderly Mother (Janet Potter). What begins as a tense standoff soon takes a terrifying turn as the criminals realize that the farmhouse holds dark and supernatural secrets. The house itself seems to come alive, and the criminals find themselves trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse with forces they cannot understand or control.

As the night progresses, the group begins to turn on each other, their desperation and fear driving them to madness. The true nature of the farmhouse and its inhabitants is gradually revealed, leading to a shocking and horrifying climax. The film explores themes of guilt, punishment, and the idea that evil deeds never go unpunished.

“Hideout” is a slow-burn horror film that builds tension through its eerie setting, claustrophobic atmosphere, and strong performances by the cast. The film blends elements of psychological horror with supernatural thrills, creating a sense of dread that keeps viewers on edge until the very end.
