Movie Story
Hubie Halloween follows Hubie Dubois (Adam Sandler), a kind-hearted but socially awkward man living in Salem, Massachusetts. Hubie is the town’s self-appointed Halloween monitor, dedicating himself to ensuring that everyone has a safe and enjoyable Halloween. However, despite his good intentions, Hubie is often mocked and ridiculed by the townspeople for his eccentric behavior.
As Halloween night approaches, strange and eerie events start to occur in Salem. Hubie, armed with his trusty thermos and a deep sense of duty, sets out to uncover the mystery behind the bizarre occurrences. Along the way, he encounters a host of quirky characters, including his old school crush Violet Valentine (Julie Bowen), the gruff Officer Steve Downey (Kevin James), and his eccentric neighbor Walter Lambert (Steve Buscemi), who may be hiding a dark secret.
The film blends comedy and mild horror, with Hubie’s bumbling antics leading to a series of humorous and spooky situations. As the night progresses, Hubie must prove to the townspeople that he is more than just the local joke, rising to the occasion to save the town from the mysterious threat that looms over Halloween night.
Special Effects
