Movie Story
“Boss Level” is a high-octane action film with a sci-fi twist that centers on Roy Pulver (Frank Grillo), a retired special forces officer trapped in a time loop. Every day, Roy wakes up to the same scenario: a group of assassins relentlessly trying to kill him, only for him to die and start the day all over again. Roy must use his combat skills and wits to survive, but with each loop, he inches closer to understanding who is behind this never-ending nightmare.

As Roy endures the repeated cycle of death and destruction, he begins to unravel the mystery behind his predicament. The key lies in the hands of his estranged wife, Jemma Wells (Naomi Watts), a scientist who has been working on a secret project that could alter time. It turns out that Roy’s time loop is connected to a government conspiracy led by the villainous Colonel Clive Ventor (Mel Gibson), who plans to use the technology to reset time and reshape the world to his liking.

Roy is driven not only by the desire to break free from the loop but also to save his wife and son, who are caught in the crossfire of Ventor’s machinations. With each reset, Roy learns more about his enemies, mastering the skills and knowledge needed to take them down. The film combines intense action sequences with dark humor, as Roy battles an array of eccentric assassins, each with their unique methods of killing him.

As the story unfolds, Roy’s journey becomes one of self-discovery and redemption. He realizes that to break the loop, he must not only defeat Ventor but also confront his past mistakes and reconcile with his loved ones. The film builds to a climactic showdown where Roy must use everything he’s learned to finally escape the loop and stop Ventor’s plan, leading to a satisfying and explosive conclusion.
